Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing a justification.
To qualify, the item must be:

Again, please note that customized or personalized products (e.g. special orders, made-to-order, monogrammed items) are exempt from this 14-day cooling-off period (exempt from the right of withdrawal).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
